Change of mind
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable
condition. Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Refunds processed by bank transfer once goods are inspected and approved.
Delivery or return costs are responsible by customers (Unless items is faulty)
Refunds apply to regular and sale items, provided goods are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We will replace any item that is faulty, damaged or not as described at no cost.
Please return the faulty item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
After 30 days, we may offer repair or partial refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return address
Bring the item and your receipt to our store. Alternatively, contact us at info@camdendiy.co.uk for assistance.
Return shipment
Customer ships the product back to the seller and the cost is reponsible by customer.
Custom phone cases
If staff confirmed the case model in store but the customer insisted on it, no refund or exchange is
given after customisation even if the case is later found to be the wrong model.
Refund / Replacement
Money is refunded within 5-7 working days or a replacement item is provided.
